BBQ Beautiful Spicy Chimi is a chimichurri dry spice that turns into a spicy chimi sauce — adding both flavour and heat to your favourite dishes! Spicy Chimi is great on beef, pork, turkey, chicken, fish and wild game meat. It’s a perfect addition to hamburgers, sandwiches and pasta dishes too. It’s a quick method to make delicious chimichurri sauce. You may even be tempted to mix a batch and eat it with a spoon.

Mix:

2 parts BBQ Beautiful Spicy Chimi

1 part olive oil

1 part favourite hot sauce

1 part water

Directions: Combine all ingredients, mix well, cover and let spices rehydrate for at least 30 minutes — or a full day in advance. Caution: This recipe has some heat to it, but feel free to experiment with the mixture and let us know what works best for you.

With Spicy Chimi, the parsley was picked in its prime and packaged with very little stems, which removed any bitterness. Secondly, flank steak is a favourite at the family home, and is so enjoyable to eat alongside chimichurri sauce which encouraged the creation of this recipe.
