BBQ Beautiful Porchetta Stuffed with Spicy Chimi

There are cooks who roast, and then there are cooks who roll. Porchetta is the ultimate showstopper—an Italian classic of pork belly wrapped around pork loin, tied tight, and roasted until the skin snaps like glass. But here at BBQ Beautiful, we don’t just follow tradition—we twist it.

Our version takes that buttery pork belly and stuff it with a bold swipe of BBQ Beautiful Spicy Chimi. Imagine garlic, herbs, vinegar, olive oil, and chili heat tucked inside every swirl of meat and fat. As the porchetta smokes low and slow, the fat renders and bastes the loin, while that chimichurri seeps deep into the pork, creating a spiral of smoky, spicy, herby flavor.

Slice it thick and you’ll see it—the swirl of belly and loin, the flash of green from the chimi, and juices that beg to be sopped up with crusty bread. This is celebration food, pit food, and a dish that says you showed up hungry and you’re leaving speechless.
